Aluminum Ceiling
Tiles (alu-line)

Aluminum ceiling tiles (alu-line) were developed for
sophisticated applications in commercial interior design where the benefits
of non—corrosive, fire and stain resistant aluminum is required.
The tiles consist of smooth, solid, anodized aluminum sheets in various
perforated and non—perforated versions. ALuminum ceiling tiles are
non—flammable and therefore used by designers and architects where special
aesthetic considerations have to be combined with the demands made by
strict fire protection regulations. The anodized finish prevents from
fingerprints during the processing and also protects against oxidation.
Aluminum ceiling tiles especially beneficial for the areas with high humidity
levels.
Alu-line 3D
3D aluminum ceiling tiles produced via special SIBU Design developed
process. A plastic film is applied on the back side and projected forward
through perforations creating convex, "lens-shaped" forms on
the surface, which generate special 3D effects.
Alu-line DUO
Aluminum ceiling tiles DUO consist of perforated aluminum ceiling
tile and genuine aluminum film on the back. From an optical viewpoint,
alu-line DUO panels appear to be virtually identical with the alu-line
3D, however they possess better fire protection values and are therefore
ideal for use as ceiling elements when fire resistance is in consideration.
Alu-line Fleece
Aluminum ceiling tiles Fleece, consist of a perforated
aluminum ceiling tile backed by sound absorbing fleece. When used as ceiling
paneling, this material offers a combination of features: it stands out
due to its spectacular appearance, protects from falling dirt and debris
and offers sound absorbing effect, which can also be enhanced with additional
sound absorbing materials laid on top of the tile.
