Tip 4

Cutting SIBU M50 edge moldings

SIBU M 50 moldings available in a range of colors, considering that all of them possess similar qualities the same cutting technique should be applied to all of them.
Machine cutting
Miter saw cutting is highly recommended for all M 50 moldings, use a 60-tooth saw blade (or grater), speed of 4,300 rpm.

Manual cutting
The profile must be laid on a solid ground with the back side up, which is cut (this is opposite side to the decorative surface). The profile is then bent off. Consequently, the profile must again be laid on the ground and the cutting edge should be carefully trimmed on the decorative side.
